All utilities, including Wi-Fi, plumbing, and HVAC, are covered. We also offer after-hours emergency maintenance support.
2. How do I handle utilities and maintenance issues? For emergencies, call our maintenance hotline. During business hours, you'll reach our facilities manager, and after hours, our call center will assist. For non-urgent issues, submit a ticket via QR code, and our team will keep you updated.
3. Are there any restrictions on studio operating hours? You have 24/7 access to your studio. You set your own hours, giving you full flexibility. The building is secured at night, but you can buzz in clients anytime.
