Our North Scottsdale location was beautifully constructed with the independent beauty professional in mind. It features 24 salon suites for rent, perfect for hair stylists, estheticians, eyebrow artists, eyelash artists, barbers, massage therapists, makeup artists, nail technicians, spray tanners, teeth whiteners, botox professionals and other professionals in the cosmetology industry. The studios range in size from single, large and doubles and are move-in ready, equipped with white porcelain shampoo bowls (or sinks) and a full complement of beautiful cabinets with white granite counters - everything you need to open your own salon in no time.

What are the rental costs and what is included?

Our rental costs depend on the size of the studios and include individual temperature controls, cabinets, shampoo bowls or utility sinks, styling chairs and mirrors. Call or text Kase (602-549-7525) for specific costs for the studios that are currently available.

What is the lease term and are their flexible options?

Most leases are 24 months and we do offer flexibility for other terms. We also offer the opportunity to sublease and share studios.

What is the process for setting up my space?

We will paint the studio before you move in and help with any set up changes you desire. Our studios can be ready for you to start moving in and decorating within 3 days. You have the flexibility to customize your studio with wallpaper, chandeliers, custom mirrors, and anything else you want to make the space yours!

Are there any additional fees or hidden costs?

No. At Sola there are no surprises.

Sola provides a robust booking system with SolaGenius, a cutting-edge app designed by experts to supercharge your business. This includes a free customizable website for easy booking and scheduling
