2. What lease terms does Sola Salons offer, and are there flexible options? We offer a standard 2-year license agreement, with a 1-year short-term option for added flexibility. We believe you’ll thrive as a business owner at Sola, but for extra peace of mind, we have a 90-day guarantee.
3. Are there any restrictions on operating hours? You have 24/7 access to your Sola studio. We do have additional security measures in place, but you and your clients will have access to the building anytime. This flexibility lets you run your business on your own schedule.
4. Can I customize my studio at Sola Salons? Absolutely! At Sola, you have full creative control to customize your studio space. Whether you want to keep it simple or go all out, we’ll help make your vision a reality. We offer discounted paint services through Sherwin Williams—just purchase the paint, and we’ll handle the rest. Work with our dedicated maintenance team to create a studio that reflects your unique style and brand.
5. What security measures are in place at Sola Walnut Street? Located in the heart of Center City, Sola Walnut Street prioritizes safety for all business owners and their clients. Our front doors remain locked at all times, but you’ll have 24-hour access to the building and your studio through the Brivo app, which allows you to remotely grant client access. We also have security cameras throughout the building, with monitoring screens in our beauty lounge to ensure peace of mind.
