What do you specialize in and what do you like most about your career?
What I love to do in my career is to change people's lives by having them not just feel good about themselves but to help them look the best they can thru great hair color in an a relaxing and personal setting. Color has been and continues to be what I specialize in.
Why did you decide to make the move to Sola Salon Studios?
After years of owning a large Salon and Spa it became clear that Sola Salon Studios is where I need to be. I can be my own boss and control everything about my environment, which at the end of the day lock up everything and not worry about people getting into my personal belongings.
What is your favorite thing about your studio?
The favorite thing about my studio is that it is personalized to my taste and can be changed at anytime, with no hassle.
What do your clients think about your studio?
My guests LOVE the personal attention they get. They like the fact if they want to be part of a larger salon experience we can by leaving the door fully opened, or if they want more peace and personable time we can close the door for a more relaxing experience. They also love the fact that their experience is completely customized by music selection of their liking.
How has being at Sola changed your life personally and professionally?
Personally Sola has helped me to be more relaxed and focused, by alleviating the drama and stress that comes with a larger salon, professionally it has helped me to increase my revenue by the personal change and catering more to the referral business from each and every guest. It also gives me more freedom to become aware of more things happening in our industry from other Sola Salon owners, and attending training from other venues rather than what a traditional salon supports. So the freedom creates endless possibilities to grow more or less. It is totally up to you.
What does being a part of the Sola 5,000 mean to you?
Being part of the Sola 5,000 is Big! I am part of an amazing family that is over 5,000 strong and like-minded individuals. The location I work in has some of the greatest talent in our area, as I am sure every other Sola location has the same. Looking forward to being part of and watching Sola grow to 10,000!
