Meet the SolaGenius Ambassadors

We are so excited to announce our first team of SolaGenius Ambassadors! The SolaGenius Ambassador Program will focus on bringing education to the Sola community surrounding how to use SolaGenius to grow your business. These SolaGenius rockstars will provide tools and information on social media as well as in-person classes in Sola locations around the country.

What is your favorite SolaGenius feature and why? Having an option for sending out emails and texts directly from the app!

What brands have you/do you educate for? I am a team member of COCRE8 w/ John Simpson and Christopher Dove. I have educated for Bumble and Bumble, KMSCALIFORNIA and EVO.
What is your favorite SolaGenius feature and why? I am ALL about the business analytics and reports. That is my go-to when wanting to see THE GUTS of my business - what my average sale is, average service sale and REPEAT CUSTOMER % is. With reports, I can check who my most valuable clients are, details of my appointments, my inventory and EVERYTHING it takes to run my business. I also LOVE text campaigns!! When I have a last-minute opening, having the capability to use the templates available and customize them to fit my brand is awesome to get those times filled. Last but not least, REOCCURRING appointments!! About 80% of my clients book out 2 years in advance and LOVE knowing that they can plan around their hair appointments.

What is your favorite SolaGenius feature and why? My favorite SolaGenius feature is a tie between the text message assistant and the expense tracking simply because it makes my life easier and helps me stay organized and on top of things.

What is your favorite SolaGenius feature and why? I absolutely love the ability to implement a cancellation policy! This eliminates the amount of no shows I have. It’s been a success and helps me run my business more smooth.

What is your favorite SolaGenius feature and why? Text reminders!!! I used to do it myself and it’s such a timesaver.

How long have you been at Sola? It will be 4 years in November that I’ve been at Sola!
What were you using for online booking before SolaGenius? I was using SalonBiz prior to SolaGenius. (A software I used at the previous salon I worked at.)
What were you using for credit card processing before SolaGenius? For credit card processing I used Square when I first started at Sola and then switch over to Clover which was through my bank.
What is your favorite SolaGenius feature and why? ONLINE BOOKING has changed the game and given me a sense of freedom when I’m at home with my family, on the go or traveling. I’m not constantly returning phone calls, text messages or emails! My clients can easily go online find the day and time that works best for them but also for me! It’s lovely!!!
