About Amanda Brown
Hi! My name is Amanda Brown. I've been a licensed hair stylist since 2001 and specialize in French Haircutting, French Balayage, and Great Lengths extentions. I have committed myself to raising the professional bar in the hair industry by continuing my education to stay current on the latest hair trends and techniques. I'm grateful to have trained and certified with Greatlengths Hair Extensions, Dessage International in Paris, France, and The Jamison Shaw Academy in Atlanta, Georgia. I was also selected to be apart of The Sunlights Balayage Artisan Team and look forward to teaching other stylists the art of painting hair. My goal is for every guest to come into my salon and feel refreshed and relaxed when they leave. I enjoy getting to know my guests, creating a relationship with them, and giving them a look that is custom to their individual lifestyle, hair integrity, and personal features. One of the things I love the most about this industry is making people feel beautiful and I try to focus on listening to your needs and working to achieve your desired look. When I'm not in the salon, I enjoy spending time with family and friends while trying to balance a healthy lifestyle with my love for Tacos and Tequila. I enjoy traveling, listening to music and, if I'm looking to treat myself, I enjoy shopping or a day at the spa. I am born and raised in Michigan, love Detroit and supporting local businesses.
