April Burgin was a professional dancer with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater in New York City. During that time she had an injury that disabled her from dancing, but through the hands of the in-house massage therapist and acupuncturist, she was back up and dancing within the month, From that experience, she realized how powerful massage is and decided that this was the path for her. She graduated from Educating Hands 21 years ago and is now sitting for the boards to become accupuncture certified

April is an amazing massage therapist. I am a tennis instructor so my back and body get pretty beat up. April uses a variety of massage techniques to piece me back together and help me to feel great again. Her massages are incredibly relaxing and I never want them to end.

Met April a few months back (was referred to her by a colleague at the gym for acupuncture [whilst awaiting my cortisone shot for my inflamed knee]); all I can say is, “Where has she been ALL my life” - the treatment worked wonders and I had relief within 12hrs!👏🏾😁 April is very knowledgeable about the various modalities that she offers; as well as taking due care with you.
