I was actually about 30 minutes late and she was very accommodating and completely understanding. She still was able to see me and transform my hair into something amazing! She was personable and really made me feel comfortable with the choice I was doing for my hair. She walked me through the process she wanted to do and asked if I was ok with it and kept checking throughout the entire process. It took almost 6 hours to complete what I asked for and she did it with a smile. I will continue to see her and only her for my future hair inspirations and send any family and friends I have her way!
