My hair was not always difficult. It is now. Drier, prone to being frizzy, and turning more grey by the day! Thanks to Matthew, I have tasteful highlights and lowlights to blend the gray in my medium brown into a much more natural and neutral look, and a glaze has solved much of the frizz aspect. The price is right and the availability and flexibility of scheduling is incredibly helpful.
