I had such a wonderful experience going to Miranda. I showed her a picture of what color I wanted and she made it happen.. BUT way beyond what I expected. She walked me through the entire process, explained everything she was doing; including the products she used and asked questions to make sure she was achieving exactly what I wanted. She wrote down my formula that way if I returned she would remember how to match it. If you are wanting to try something out of your comfort zone, she is definitely your gal.

I came to Miranda after having a bad cut and color experience with someone I been going to for a few years and someone I trusted! She was very thorough and explained to me what she could do to make the color more of what I had expected from the other stylist, she was very professional about the entire situation. From that appointment on she has been the only person to touch my hair. For several months I had been going through that growing my hair out stage and hit that I'm tired of this phase (we all do this right?!) I found a picture that I really liked and showed it to Miranda. I was very nervous about going short but Miranda did an AMAZING job, she took the length off in steps making sure I was comfortable with it and in the end I loved it!! I can honestly say this is the first time I have ever shown a picture of a cut to a stylist and had the cut actually turn out like the picture and exactly how I wanted.
