Sola x NYFW: Get the Looks

The Ballroom Bun 

Step 1.Using a flat iron, bend some texture into hair and create a center part. 

Step 2. Create two ponytails. One at the nape of the neck and one at the crown. Use Living Proof Full Dry Volume & Texture Spay to create soft texture. 

Step 3. Rope braid the two ponytails using Living Proof No Frizz Smooth Styling Serum and slightly pull rope braid apart. 

Step 4. Pin two rope braids to create a voluminous, center bun. 

Step 5. Adorn bun with pearls, crystal encrusted bobby pins, or tie a grosgrain ribbon around the finished bun. 

The 60’s Twist 

Step 1. Section hair from behind the ear to behind the ear. 

Step 2. Tease hair at the crown using Living Proof Full Dry Volume & Texture Spray to create height. 

Step 3. Create a side part and pull sides into a low pony. 

Step 4. Finish with Living Proof Style Lab Flex Hairspray.
